Spent the day relaxing in Buenos Aires. Mavis has a cold that's a bit of a pain, but we spent the afternoon exploring the shops and looking around the area. It was too hot for too much exertion - about 35°C. We went to the top of what's said to be a replica of Big Ben - although the English connection seems less popular these days. We also went to look at the famous opera house, the Theatro Colon. It was (to put it mildly) a bit of a surprise that the Box Office had no programme of what was playing in the next couple of months. Even the Ipswich Corn Exchange has one!
Turned in hoping the plane would be flying - AA still on strike, but by chance we're flying with Austral.
